The University of Massachusetts Lowell is the fastest growing UMASS systems campus. On campus, we have been the fastest growing sorority; in the past four years we have doubled our active chapter!
Our chapter strives to get involved with a variety of campus endeavors. We share the values of The University of Massachusetts Lowell and our collective Greek Life. When our sisters join Alpha Sigma Tau, we are not only joining this organization, but the Greek Life community as a whole. We strive to support all organizations on campus.
Our sisters participate in a variety of clubs and organizations on campus. We are an active bunch and some of our sisters participate in sports including but not limited to, club lacrosse, club swim, club soccer, steppin in unity, many intramural sports, and fitness classes. We also strive to excel in our academics beyond the classroom. Some sisters are a part of clubs relating to their majors including, EP club, Criminal Justice club, String Project, and writing for the UML branch of Odyssey Online Magazine. Many sisters participate in leadership clubs including but not limited to, She Advocates, To Write Love On Her Arms, Disable The Label, and the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. We also have sisters who have participated in Leadership in Motion, Alternative Spring Break, Leadership Advisory Council, and sisters who are Student Alumni Ambassadors, Diversity Peer Educators, and Ally Spaced Trained. We have sisters in Association of Students of African Origin club, and Students of Caribbean Ancestry. Our chapter strives to be a diverse, unique group of girls.
